How To Actually Get What You Want

Stop telling yourself it's not for you and do this instead...

Any time you’re settling.

Any time you compromise on what you ‘really’ want.

You experience it energetically.

There’s a dampening down of your energy and vitality that’s inescapable.

However much you try to cover it over, however much you try to convince yourself it’s really not that important or urgent, that thing keeps coming back to haunt you.

Perhaps it’s something in your relationship that feels off. Perhaps it’s work you don’t want to do anymore. Perhaps it’s work you DO want to do but you keep avoiding giving it priority. Perhaps it’s something you want to invest in, a business idea you want to bring to life, or a book you want to write and yet you find yourself doubting yourself, holding back, tinkering around the edges of the thing instead of throwing your full weight behind it.

Not taking action, compromising on your true goals, doubting your ability to see something through has a price.

You know it by how you feel.

So please don’t go round in circles with this. Instead, grab yourself a notebook and journal it out.

Close your eyes for a minute and imagine:

You’re now backing yourself fully. You’ve given yourself full permission to have exactly what you want, in every area of your life and business and no less. It’s now your daily reality, and all of this is just completely ‘normal’ for you.

Now write down the following:

  • What are the top three feelings you’re experiencing on a daily basis?
  • What are you doing that brings you so much joy?
  • What are you known for?
  • How do you feel about yourself, now that you’re doing what you want, when you want, with whom you want?

And finally:

  • Looking back, what was it that needed to change/shift/be let go of in your current reality for you to reach this point where it’s completely normal for you to be living in full alignment with what you want?

*Write down as many things as you can think of, and you’ll know what action you need to take next.

To your continued growth and success,

Fiona x
